Q:  Do you have a physical store?

A:  No, our company is strictly mobile. Everyone loves this service. With no store, we have very low overhead, which means we can sell products for a lot less.
 

Q:  Is there a charge to bring samples to our home or office?

A:  No, it is free. There are no additional charges. This is the core of our business, and this is how we do it!
 

Q:  Where do you get your products?

A:  All of our products come directly from the manufacturers.
 

Q:  Are you selling second or third quality?

A:  No, we sell only first quality goods. No seconds or thirds, no damaged goods, no blemishes, no defects.
 
 
Q:  Do all your products come with warranties?
 
A:  Yes, every product comes with full factory warranties.
 

Q:  How long does it take to get the materials in?

A:  Most of the time, the manufacturers have the products in stock, and we usually get them in 2-3 business days. However, in rare cases, it can take longer, depending on availability.
 

Q:  Does Shop-At-Home Floors do the installations?

A:  Yes, we do all installations. Our installers are top of the line professionals.

Q:  Is there an installation guarantee?

A:  Yes, your installation is guaranteed for as long as you own your home. If there is a problem due to installation, we will fix it at no cost to you.
 

Q:  What if we want to do the installation ourselves or we have our own installers?

A:  We would prefer for our company to do the installation.  Our installers are trained to do the job correctly, and they know how to deal with problems that may arise. Also, your manufacturer's warranty may be void if the product is not professionally installed. With this being said, yes of course we will still sell you the products of your choice.
